Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: All orders will be shipped by USPS Priority mail. Please note that we only ship within the 48 contiguous United States and cannot ship to PO boxes. For orders to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, a U.S. Military APO/FPO address, or to any country other than the United States, an additional shipping charge based on the product size and weight will incur. Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Most orders ship within 48 hours of completing the purchase. You can expect to receive your order 3-6 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Concept Custard will gladly exchange or refund any UNUSED items within fourteen days of the purchase. For health and safety reasons earrings cannot be returned.You must contact us within that fourteen day period at orders@conceptcustard.com for a return authorization number. Any merchandise returned must be in its original condition with receipt and may be returned for credit to original purchaser's credit card (less any shipping charges paid).

Free Shipping Return Exception: Free shipping orders $45 and over will incur a restocking fee of $5 if the return would cause the order to no longer qualify for the promotional discount (order total becomes less than $45). If you qualified for free shipping on your original order, you will be refunded less a $5.00 restocking fee to cover the initial shipping charges.
